Rocker replacement is pretty straight forward. Start by clamping up the new rocker and deciding where you need to cut the old at. You can either cut them and do a butt weld or cut, flange and plug weld the new ones on. Sleeving the new and old and plug welding is another option. Sleeving will give the most strength. Make sure you use a weld through primer and cavity was behind the panels once welded up.
