Replacing my bumper

I am having to replace my bumper as a dog ran out in front of me and damage it. Also, I need to get a new fog light and the grille looking piece next to it, but I don't know what the name of it is. I believe it is plastic and it sits right next to the fog light on the lower part of the bumper. Can you please tell me what this part is called?

It is the plastic looking grille type piece that sets in right next to the fog light. so would that be the cover or the bezel?
