For some reason my VVT solenoid is getting no power?

I replaced the ECM and nothing. Every time I come to a stop my oil light flickers and the car shuts off. I got a new VVT and the same problem. I'm positive it's a wiring issue. Can you help please? Thank you

Hi,

Have you checked to confirm there is power to it from the PCM? Also, have you confirmed a ground path from the PCM?

If not, that is where we need to start. I attached a portion of the wiring schematic below. I identified each wire color as positive and ground. Disconnect the connector, turn the key to the run position, and check the yellow wire for power.
