Renault clio 2002 burning oil

Hi my car is a 2002 Renault Clio 1.5DCI with 74 000 miles. The injectors were replaced about 3 months ago as they were done. Now the car is burning oil and needs refilled once a week and today it lost all power with alot of smoke coming from exhaust!!! I really need you help as only have the car 6 months!!!
