my renault 19 rn 1390cc 1995 108000 miles .when i stop my car there is always a small patch of fuel under the car from a drip from the fuel tank ,i put an extra clip on the hose into the tank but it still leaks .where could the leak be coming from .also when i break i have to push really hard to get the car to stop.what could this be
