2000 Renault Laguna 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive 40000 miles

the imbobolizer has stopped us using the car , Ithink the key might have been taken out while the engine was running

the car will need to be plugged into renault's diagnostic computer to reprogramme the key and car ... if the key was able to be removed whilst the engine was running you also have a faulty ignition switch !!
