2000 Renault Laguna gear stick and engine

Shakes or Wobbles problem
2000 Renault Laguna Manual 65000 miles

I just started the car in the morning and the gear stick was shaking a lot, also the car was struggling to pick up speed between 1 to 2 revs. As soon the revs are over the 2, the car doesnt wobble.

Replace the coil and spark plugs/wires

Im no good with cars wouldnt even know where to look, any help for how to change the coil and spark plugs
