1998 Renault Clio Renault Clio CAR ALARM PROBLEM!

Hi,

I Just Recently purchased a renault clio 1998 1.2 mark 2 car.

i held the Central Locking Button and it activated the alarm I then held the button but it now will not deactivate
the keyfob I have doesn't work and I have tried to change batteries but still no luck!

So everytime I opened or stayed in the car it kept activating the default alarm is a sigma

so I don't know the pin number and for the little 9 digit led keypad

so I found the fuse for the car alarm and took it out and it then shut it up and saved my ear drums from exploding then when I came to start the car on ignition 2 it triggers so I cannot drive the car
going round town with hazards flashing and siren.

the alarm was already deactivated and I can now not reset it I have taken my battery off and everything I can think of

can anyone please help me disable / reset or do they know where the main control panel box is for it as it is sepearate and fortunatly doesn't work with the immobiliser.

as I will disconnect the control panel if I have no luck resetting it.
