Heater problem
1991 Renault Clio Front Wheel Drive Manual 128000 miles

after driving a wile my heater does not warm up it just keeps blowing out cold air do you know why this is?
I have checked that the blower under the bonnet and it still works fine,
i have checked that the cables are still in working order from the temperature control flaps to the controls on the dash board,
i have also checked that the hoses under the bonnet have no leaks and are conneted right.

Also so I have vibraition from the steering wheel that start when I get to speeds above 60mph, I have fitted alloy wheels and check that I have done it right, will this be the tracking?

Thermostat is located on engine head in thermostat housing at the engine end of the radiator top hose .. heater core is located in the heater blower box (under/behind dash) ... have the new wheels balanced !
