The previous mechanic who worked on my car failed to put the front panel back in place. There is a 1/2" gap between the panel and the dashboard. I would like to know where the screws are to remove the panel to lift it into place and if there would be any obstructions to deal with in the process?

Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can see what you are talking about? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. In the meantime, here are some instructions/diagrams in the images below so you can check it out and they may solve your problem.

1997 Chrysler Voyager is not a known model so I included the Town/Country.

Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Ken, L had the car model wrong, it's a Plymouth Voyager. What email do I send the picture to? To follow the instructions given, it locks up my computer.
