I have all the bolts out on either end of the rear drive/prop shaft, but it won't budge. On the end where it attaches to the rear differential, it appears there is a "bump" or bubble I'm assuming to keep it aligned. On the end that attaches to the transfer case it goes in a little farther. I'm assuming the rear needs to come off first, but there is no space or way I can see to make distance to get it detached. Any suggestions?

Take a look at the info from the manual just in case there is something that you missed.

Next you may need to use a pry bar to break it loose as they get corroded and are hard to remove out. Also, you can try using a hammer to hit it on the side of the flange to break it loose as well. Once you break the rust it should fall out so I would recommend putting one bolt on both sides back in loosely so that it doesn't fall on the ground or hit you in the head (been there).

Let me know what questions you have. If you can get some pictures that may help as well if this doesn't solve the issue.
