More than likely you have a DTC that will point us to the reason it is not starting. Let's start there with getting DTCs.
This system has what are called inhibit monitors which look at different items that need to pass in order to all the remote start system to operate. Things like no doors ajar, hood ajar, battery state of charge, etc.
I attached a test that can be run through to find the issue. Let's get the codes and then run through this test and see what we have.
