relay fuses for 1995.5 Isuzu Rodeo LS made in May of 1995

I need to know what part number is for the Relay Fuse for my fuel pump inside the engine room. It is telling me it is a 20 amp and it has a 12V 50305 JIDECO on the fuse. The number on the relay is 8970609260, Is that correct? This fuse has 5 prongs on it, Two prongs going the same direction top center and the other 3 are going another direction almost like a V. I am having boiling water going on in my overflow bottle like something in my engine is blocked but that is another issue. If you need a photo of this I could probably get one.
