Years ago I changed the fuel filter. Since then when we fuel up we either have to hold the brake and raise the rpm`s to get it to move without stalling or sit for a bit with the rpm`s raised to between 2,000 to 3,000 rpm`s to get it to idle without stalling. Once it moves and drives it will start and run beautifully until we fuel it up again. The local Hyundai mechanics have no clue. We know several owners with this issue so there must be a TSB or some notes on the subject. Any ideas?
