Okay, that is the electronic throttle body.
P2172 = Throttle Actuator Control System - Sudden High Airflow/Large Vacuum Leak Detected
This code means the PCM is seeing a lot of extra air that it cannot account for given the MAP sensor and engine load. The most common cause is a large vacuum leak through either a broken vacuum hose or intake gasket. The next possibility is that the TPS signal from both sensors are stuck or the signal wire is shorted and sending a 2.5 volt signal to the PCM.
I would start by checking for a vacuum leak. As the code is constant and the light is blinking it should be a constant issue.
If you find no leak then you need to use a scan tool to monitor the voltages from the MAP sensor and the TPS sensors.
