To begin, this vehicle is not offered in the US, so my manuals do not cover it. However, it is front wheel drive. With that in mind, I would recommend you check a couple items. First, confirm that the front tires are not cupped. Excessive cupping can cause a rumble on acceleration. Additionally, a bad or faulty CV joint can also make a clicking noise and you can sometimes feel it. The attached link discusses the symptoms of a bad CV joint. These symptoms are universal with a bad joint, to it is relevant to your vehicle. Take a look through it and see if is what you experience. It also discusses how to check one.
