TIPM bad?

When I turn the right side blinker on it blinks fast the front blinker turns on but the rear just stays on when I turn on the hazard lights the two front ones turn on and the rear left side too but not the rear right side it just stays on. I checked all the bulbs and they are all on fine I checked all the fuses as well they are fine too checked the cables moved them around nothing. What can it be?

Have a mechanic scan for codes it may be the tipm module is bad causing this as t/s go through that see pic. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens.
