Rear lower control arm bushing replacement, both sides?

Hi, I just got an alignment for my car, and they said on both of my rear lower control arms, the bushings were bad. I bought an energy suspension bushing kit; the rest of the lower control arm bushings were very hard to find otherwise. Is a c-clamp good for getting those bushings and especially what's more effective in getting those back in?

Most of the time it is easier to get replacement lower control arms but, in this case, it would be better to change the bushings out.
