Okay, so it opens fine with everything, but it doesn't close with anything but by pushing it closed. That sounds like one of the limit switches that tells it that it is open, and it isn't switching to tell it that it can close. As it powers open and the latch works it sounds like all the systems operate, just that it doesn't sense that it's open. To tell for sure you will need a scan tool that can read the door switch positions through the body module. With it you can pinpoint what the issue is as the switches change state from open to closed as the hatch opens. No real way to troubleshoot it though as the controls are inside the modules and the switch is part of the motor assemblies.
