The heater in the rear of my van is very warm and I unplugged it? Because I don't use it, but I can still hear it running and why is it very warm? Is there a way I Can bypass the rear heater completely since I don't use it?

Yes, simply remove the heater hoses from the rear heater core and loop them together. You will need a 5/8 to 3/4 hose connector which you can get on Amazon or the local parts store. Here is a diagram of the rear heater assembly so you can see where the hoses are near the heater core. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
