I am wracking my brains on this vehicle. I have searched and watched YouTube videos for everything from a 2003-2012 Honda Pilot and my vehicle does not match. My rear A/C blower won’t work. I took the motor out and direct connect to 12v it worked. According to all the different sites I checked, it said to check the resistor. My resistor is different than every other resistor shown. It has 5 wires instead of 4 and is screwed in with two screws instead of twist in. I don’t know how to test this or even what part to look up to replace it. All auto part sites pull up a round resistor and this is not it. Can you help me with what terminals to test and how to identify if it is bad? And then what part number. I tried the numbers on top and nothing relevant comes up in a Google search.

Lets check the fuse first. this guide can help with the fuse locations in the diagrams below. If the fuses are okay there is a rear blower motor control relay that needs to be check. here is a guide for that as well. also I have includes the relay location with the HVAC wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.

Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Thanks for this detail. I have checked fuses and relays and all appear to be good. I did finally find the part for the resistor so I replaced the front resistor and motor (it was acting up and when I tested the motor, it appeared to be a bad bearing the way it wobbled). I replaced the rear resistor and it started working but then stopped. I went to test the power on the motor and when I touched the plug, it started back up. Here is a video of how it sounds. Maybe this motor is bad too?

Sorry the delay. Finally got the new blower motor and it works great in air mode (which honestly is all we need) but as soon as I turn it to heat, the fan stops. I can only assume that it is a relay or something somewhere but have no idea where to look. Any last pieces of advice? Thanks.

This sounds like the climate control module is out. To be sure lets do a CAN scan which is the future of automotive repair. you can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $50.00. here is a video to show you how:

Here is how you can change the unit out in the instructions below. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
