Range Rover P38 - 2000 - Rough engine run

Changed the camshaft, tapets, push rods, chain (OEM), spark plugs, coils, cables at 140.000 miles, cleaned injectors and just recenty the rocket arms as it had a clicking noise when idle (when hot only, it traffic or after driving in highway). Noise is still there. In Lynx tester shows no missfires but engine rough in cylinders 3 - 4 - 5 - 6. NO water leak. Recently cleaned MAF with MAF cleaner and become even more rough the idle.

Any suggestion what to look for.
