It is possible to have a bad CKP sensor that can cause a misfire but it is unlikely to cause a misfire on just two cylinders.
If you have a misfire on these cylinders we need to start with monitoring the o2 sensor data. This will tell us if this is a lean or rich misfire. That will determine which direction we need to go. Hopefully you have a scan tool that can monitor live data but if not, you can purchase one for around $100.00 if you are interested in investigating this yourself.
The only reason we need to do this first is because otherwise we will be guessing at parts or performing a lot of potentially unnecessary testing trying to find something wrong. It is always best to have the vehicle tell us what it is doing and then go from there.
