Do you have a model number of the old radio? If that car uses Chrysler's common black and gray seven pin plugs, you can use a newer Chrysler radio up to at least the 1999 models, and up to 2003 models from full-size vans, but we also have to look at the mounting ears. One style was real common, but there are two other versions that mount differently.

If your car has a Mitsubishi radio, there was no original equipment model with a CD player. I might be able to suggest something if you tell me the dimensions of the opening in the dash.

Dandy photo. You're going to have to go to an aftermarket radio. Most of them are a standard size that matches your radio.
