I replaced relay and water cooler sensor. I connect 12 volts direct fan work. Relay contact I put jumber fan working. AC on fan working. When I run engine overheating not run fan automatically. Because that time relay coil supply not reached why I do not know. My car eon era+ model. Radiator fan and condenser fan are same one. So I can run car AC on condition without overheat engine. But cool season, also I need on AC this make low mileage. Please help me early as possible.

Hello,

There are two relays that run the system you should test both. Here is a guide to help and the wiring diagrams to help you see how the system works. There is the fan motor, temperature sensor, relays and PCM.

It sounds like sensor fuse 10 is out. Can you check it? Also, if you checked the wiring and everything is good I would say the PCM driver that runs the fans is out which happens. Here is the location of the PCM you will need to have it programmed at a shop which should run about $130.00 US.

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Cheers, Ken
