This may sound irresponsible, but we go by common sense. When you're paying us by the hour, we don't have to spend looking up specs for things that aren't that critical. It IS encouraging that you have the foresight to know that torque specs do exist and they are important. When you don't do this kind of work every day, you typically won't get a feel for what's normal.
I'm on a borrowed computer right now and don't have access to the online service manuals. If you want to know exact specs, reply with a list of exactly which parts you're working with and I'll try to find the specs.
