I have all the new parts and I am ready to put it all back together. I need to know where the expansion valve goes and where all the O-rings go.

The O rings go on the end of each hose and in the A/C compressor. Here are guides to help us see how to reinstall the compressor. There is not expansion valve, instead they use an orifice tube which you can remove and clean. Here is the location of the tube and how to replace the AC compressor which the image shows where the O ring goes. Here is a generic guide to help you step by step with instructions in the diagrams below to show you how on your car. The orifice tube must be cleaned before installing the new compressor.
