The car has a low frequency roaring noise at about 60 mph. The frequency of noise does not increase or decrease with the speed. At 70 mph, the noise seems get harmony and cannot be noticed. Also at around 60 mph, of turn sharp left at high speed, the noise tend to get louder. Nothing can be noticed at lower speed. Also at all speed, the car tend to pull left when driving at straight line and not touching the steering wheel.

Changed all tires, did alignment, changed passenger side CV axle and bearing. Still cannot resolve the problem. Looking for professional suggestions here, really appreciate!

I think you are heading in the right direction with the axle and bearing but you mentioned the vehicle is pulling as well. Was that fixed with the alignment or is it still pulling?

Clearly this sounds like a wheel bearing and the fact that it seems to get louder when you turn left would point to the passenger side but clearly that wasn't it. I am thinking that it is driver side but lets start with this info and then we can do more testing to try to confirm this:
