Checked fuses and they are all good. Took the car to an automotive car shop and he put it on his computer and said it was a BCM (body control module). Ford has discontinued this part. Is it really the BCM or is it another problem like a relay?

It could be the accessory delay relay that is not working, here is the wiring diagrams for the power windows and moonroof and you can see they are powered by the ADR. I have also included the location of the relay so you can change it out to see if it fixes it. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Thanks for all the help that you've given me. I finally took my car to a mechanic and after weeks, he found out that it was the wire in the harness that works the windows that had somehow gone bad.
