I have a 3500 4x4 truck and the power steering pump went out due to no oil. So my father in-law went and bought a new one, but he comes back with a power steering pump for a Chevrolet 1500 with only one low pressure line but the one from the 3500 has two is it possible to T the lines together?

So take it back where you got it and get the correct one. The pressure may not be right on this one anyhow due to the 3500 having hydro boost.

Okay, it is because I already have it installed with the pulley and bolted on.

So long as you have the receipt they will take it back. What you ask is too much modification to do and still may not be correct pressure for hydro boost.
