Greetings,

As previously described, I own the vehicle listed above 1500 HD, 6.0 liter, Automatic transmission, with hydro boost power assist steering.

My power steering pump failed two days ago. I have purchased a replacement pump, replacement pulley, and the hoses for the connection to and from the Hydro boost.

The question may or may not be simple, depending on the resources available to you. I'm hoping it's simple because right now, I need simple.

Due to difficulties faced in trying to remove the pulley from the old pump, I do NOT have the three mounting bolts I need to attach the replacement pump to the retaining bracket in the engine compartment.

I know the bolts are metric and have a 15mm head, but that is all I know. So, my question is, are you able to give me the other description/dimensions for the bolt so I can purchase them from a hardware store or other supplier?

As I said, the answer may or may not be simple. I have tried internet research, but no luck so far.

Sincerely,

Dudley Garidel

Yep, that is a tough one, the lengths I don't know but the thread pitch should be 1.5. here is a video of the job being done you might be able to estimate the sizes from it or at least get close by trial and error. Also, you can see what you need in the images below.

Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
