Power steering pump leaking?

If it's leaking from the power steering pump, will it be able to turn easily?

Hi,

If you have a leak, the degree of the leak will determine how difficult the steering wheel will be to turn.

How bad is the leak? Is it spraying out indicating it is a pressure line? If it is the return line, it shouldn't affect the steering until the fluid gets too low.
