Power steering issue.

My car starts normal and drive for about thirty minutes without any issues. Suddenly I get EPS warning and steering becomes stiff which means my car's power steering stops functioning.

If I stops the car for about thirty minutes again I wont see the EPS error and my power steering has returned. This keeps happening which is very frustrating.

This sounds like a classic power steering pump that need to be replaced. What happens it he steering pump get warm and the internal seals fail which causes the problem.

Here is a guide that will show you what you are in for when replacing the pump.
