Wow! There isn't much left to that one. You need to replace the accessory drive belt. I need to know if there is only one belt on the vehicle or two. I attached a pic below.
In the pic (top left) I circled where it says adjustment bolt. That is what you need to access to install a new belt. If you look at the adjuster, I highlighted a bolt in yellow. That will need to be loosened (not taken off). Once it is loosened, then you can turn the adjuster I circled in blue. If you loosen it, that allows the pump to move downward and normally loosen a belt to be removed.
So, get a new belt and install it over the pulleys and then tighten the adjustment bolt until the belt is snug (approximately 3/4" up and down movement at center between pulleys).
Let me know about how many belts are on it. You may have to remove one before you can replace the bad one.
Also, I'm not there to confirm, but it looks like you have a lot of oil everywhere. That should be addressed. If you are driving in the temperatures you mentioned with the A/C running, it could cause a fire. Oil has an extremely high flash point, but it can burn, so be careful.
Here is a link that explains more about the belts on your vehicle. Only about 1/2 of the link is about these belts. After that, it talks about timing belts which isn't needed for you.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can help.
Take care,
