Power stearing belt- squealing

My power steering belt is squealing on start up and when the car is on full lock. The belt is being stop on full lock and is freeing again when the wheels are straightened. The car had a new belt around 4 months ago and this has been happening for around 2 weeks now

The belt may have stretched some and need to be re-adjusted. Have the shop check it.
