Hi,
Anything is possible, but in this case, it wouldn't be easy. Everything as far as the electronics on this vehicle is designed to function using a key. Antitheft will be the biggest obstacle along with the need to replace sensors and possibly the body control module.
I have just tried to help someone with a Chrysler product with the same issue and plan for repair. He has been into it for two weeks and it still won't start. I would consider just replacing the ignition switch lock cylinder and the switch itself if damaged.
Let me know.
Joe
