1987 Porsche 9294s, 91,000 5 speed, in otherwise excellent condition. Problem has occurred four times in last 1000 miles. Engine cuts out in the same exact circumstance: under acceleration, after shifting to 4 th gear, under normal load and acceleration, at about 2800 rpm. After gliding to a stop, car restarts in one or two tries. Has not cut out under any other condition. Cut out is instantaneous, and complete--no sputter, hickup, balk or anything. Any ideas?
