Just started up my car this morning, and immediately it started shaking for the first time. Decided to drive it to work and hopefully figure out what was wrong later. Well, the engine light came on and started blinking. It seems to start blinking at about 20+ mph, but stop if I go under 15mph. While I am driving it, it seems to be not too bad, but when I am idling it shakes and seems rough, still shakes and a little sluggish, as I accelerate from idle. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you engine has a miss fire. When was the last time you had a tune up. Could also be a plugged injector. You may need a scan to figure out what is going on.

Don't think I've had a tune up in a while, though I did change my oil recently. And my car does eat spark plugs and haven't changed those in a while. Hopefully that's it and I can just get a tune up and she'll be fine. Maybe I'll have tem run a diagnostic on her too.

I would have the diagnostic done first before you stick a bunch of money into it. It maybe something simple.

Check your ground at the motor from the battery, my car did the same thing. All I had to do is clean & tighten the ground wire the gm dealer charged me 2 hours and did not find the problem !With a meter test the volts from pos on the battery to engine block should be the same as neg post with or without car running

Actually, forgot to write back.
I put the car in to be looked at and it seems the #3 coil for piston #3 went bad. Had that replaced and it is much better now.
