1995 Pontiac Sunfire Can't figure out this problem PLEASE H

1995 Pontiac Sunfire 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 80k miles

I have a pontiac sunfire 2.2 and I cant figure out this problem The orignal problem was thye car sounded like it was running 2 cylinders I replaced the head becuase I noticed that it was leaking I got that job done and reliazed I was having the same problems after I started it back up I went ahead and changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires and my buddy had asked me if I ran into a puddle I told him yes so we did the spark plug test I was getting spark from 1 and 4 but not 2 and 3 I replaced the 2 and 3 and now I am not getting spark from 1 and 4 it could be a mix up in coils I dont know unfourtly I dont have a digniosios machine to help so im basiclly just guessing what do u think the problem could be?

When I replace a coil on one of these I always replace the ignition module. Whatever cyl are missing replace that coil and the ignition module. 1 and 4 share same coil as do 2 and 3.
