My car has the original transmission with a rebuilt engine. My problem that I’m having with my car is when the car warms up to a normal temperature the car acts like it is going to die and will eventually die. Also, the car seems like it has a hard time shifting gears when this happens. When the car is cold this problem doesn’t occur. There are no lights or anything I can see that this could be a small problem.

I have seen similiar problems on these that lead down to the PCM having water intrusion or corrosion. The pcm is located in the right fromt wheel well. There has been a TSB put out on these. May be worth getting a look at it. Often the pcm corrosion is evident on the seam of the case halves.
