2003 Other Pontiac Models rear disk brake jam

I'm trying to take off the rear disk brake on my Pontic Vibe GT 2003. This disks seamed to be seased in. In carefully knock on the rear of the disk, but no hope, nothing is moving. Would you have tom trick, some hints to help me out?

Spray some PB blaster around the center hub and let soak.

ON some models there are two or three threaded holes in the disc to help pull the rotor off. Thread some long bolts (usually M6x1 or M8x1.25) into the holes.
