my heater work but there is only cool air coming out the thermostat is ok and fuses to what can it be the prestone is ok

first thing you can do issss start up the vehicle
wait for it to warm up
turn the vehicle off
pop the hood
feel the heater core hoses and note: is one hot and one cold, one hot and one just warm, both hot, or are both cold.
