Changing rotor and brake pads?

I wanted to replace my rotors and brake pads but have not been able to remove the bolts that hold on the brake assembly. I have put WD40 on bolts plus tried a hammer hitting the socket wrench to try and jar it lose to get started. There is not enough room to get a good size pipe onto wrench to really put some pressure on it. I have changed pads and rotors on several cars in the past but never had this problem.

If you cannot break it loose with hand tools then you will move likely need to use an impact wrench (air tool). However, I would suggest turning the wheel to the left or right so this give more access so that you can try to get a longer wrench on it for more leverage. Also, the air tool will fit in better if needed.
