1999 Pontiac Grand Prix Radiator plug

I was hoping that someone could tell me exactly
where the drain plug is at. I found a white plug on bottom and sure it is it but it won't give. I don't want to break it. Is that the plug or is there a special tool or is it just that tight to loosen. Thanks for the info,

The drain plug is at the bottom of the radiator on the drivers side (left side of radiator). The first time I drained mine it was very tight, had to use pliers to loosen it.
