And I can fill every little bump in it. Its like the steer wheel moves when u hit a bump. And when starting it the car is idol too high cause it jumps up and down and turns off sometime. What can be doing that.

What kind or work was done? You probably need an alignment for the steering problem.
A high idle is usually a vacuum leak, or an IAC (idle air control valve), remove and clean the IAC, get front end checked for an alignment issue
