I have changed crank scensor, and the ignition control board that is located under the coil box where you plug in spark plug wires. the only way to open the fuel injectors is to ground out the main plug individualy the car will spit and sputter intill that gas is burnt out. then all it will do is turn over what else could it be

welcome to the forum. What is litre size of engine? Some system have more than 1 crank sensor. I can't be sure it is a crank sensor problem? Less than 1200 rpms the pcm uses 24 x signal. Over 1200 rpms, the pcm uses the 3x signal.
