Engine Cooling problem
1993 Pontiac Grand Prix 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
I just bought the car and brought it home today and noticed the cooling fans never kicked on. What could be causing this?

Have you tried the A/C to see if they run with the A/C. They aren't supposed to come on for temp until after 225degrees.

Try running power and ground directly from the battery to the fan motor to test it.

There are 2 fusible links that have to be checked, probably located at the starter. Then check fuse the IGN fuse (15amp).

I looked and could not find any inline fuses from the starter and the ing fuse 15 amp is good. So possibly could it be the relays on the fender wall?

Your not looking for inline fuses. Your looking for fusible links which are meltaway wires and they are attached to the main terminal of the starter. Pull on each one and if any stretch, they are burn inside. Use only fuse wire to repair it.

I've given you all the easy things to check. This is where someone has to start following a wiring diagram and testing the circuit to determine where things are being lost. Your going to need some help and test equipment from here.

You need to start a whole new question for that stuff.
