I have no fuel getting to the motor. I have changed the filter & pump.

Hello, are there any codes? With the engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs? No spark or injector pulse, I'd look for an rpm signal.

There is spark, and it has codes but I cant get the car any where to have it read.

Your obd1, you should be able to check codes yourself. Use a jumper wire between terminals A & B of the datalink connector, turn the key to on, no crank, the check engine lite starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes.
