Belt Came off

I have a 95 Pontiac Grand AM, 130,000 Miles and its v6. My Belt recently came off and there is a lose part on the bottom, I am wondering if it is lose or if I need to take it in.

If you are saying the bottom large pulley is loose, it must be checked, thats the harmonic balancer, without it the car will not run, loose you can't drive it.
