My right front wheel makes a light clicking noise only lwhen I turn right. I went under and checked the cv boots and everything looks brand new under there. It is just an anoying little noise only when I make a right turn and only from the right or passenger wheel.
Is this something to worry about?

Does it only make the noise under acceleration?

Yes when I move forward and turn right, that`s when I hear the noise, I also seem to have and unusual amout of road noise if that has anything to do with it.

That's not my question. Is it only when applying throttle?

Then it's not a bad axle. It could be in the brakes, the wheel bearing or a number of things. It needs to be inspected to look for issues.
